I love to cook and try out new recipes, as well as inventing my own recipes. I consider my kitchen my lab for cooking new and exciting things! Spanish foods; because of all the different flavors that are combined to form a delicious dish. And I also love to prepare Italian food as well. Would have to be, following in my grandmothers footsteps and cooking some of her old spanish recipes. They me not as good as she used to make them but I try hard to get it close enough! My very first banana nut roll. I thought that was the most challenging thing I ever had to make. Now it comes very easy for me! I tried to make a healthy Mexican diiner and it ended up a total disaster in my kitchen. (too spicy,everyone was coughing) lol.
