I'm a stay at home mom with 3 beautiful kiddos that are 8, 3 and 1. I have been married for 9 yrs and still truckin! I love going to concerts, gardening, reading, working out, playing with my kids and of course - cooking! Probably mexican food but I'm really not too sure because I just love to cook! Period!! I'm not afraid to try new recipes either and love to give out good recipes as well. Thankgiving!! For sure!! I call it my holiday "fix" because I have to cook an enormous meal this day for my wonderful lil family or I get really upset. Gotta have my fix man!! When we were 1st married and I was a young 19 i tried stuffing a pork chop with mexican BEANS!! Enough said!! lol I also tried making my 1st homemade pizza and brought it to my husband's job and a coworker came in wanting some. Oops! My pizza was HORRIBLE and I was pretty emberrassed!
