Blackberry Cobbler

All I can say is that this is quite possibly the best cobbler I've ever had and my family will agree. Followed the recipe as is and I found by keeping to the original the presentation was much prettier and unique looking. Great recipe!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Pretty delicious. I used fresh tomatoes instead of the canned. I used penne pasta and threw it in a dish, layered on some mozzarella and baked it for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and it was awesome. Highly recommend trying it!

Orange Beef-Style Tofu Stir-Fry

Great substitute for an orange chicken/beef recipe. Just know what you're getting into; some people don't like the blend of citrus and salt, but me and my wife love it. I cut down on the carrots and added mushrooms and green onions and it was delicious. The two of us dusted of the entire thing.

Pizza Dough I

knocked it up a notch by throwing in some Pizza Seasoning that came with a spice rack I bought. It really made a big difference. I also mixed the water, yeast and sugar together and let it sit for five minutes to let the yeast do it's thing before I mixed it in with everything else. It made it a little puffier, which I prefer.

Bodega Bay Cioppino

I made this sticking to the recipe and found there was not nearly enough sauce. Second time around I added about a cup of chicken broth with the seafood and that made it much saucier. Make sure to toast plenty of sour dough to go along with it.

Thai Curry Tofu

I cut the tofu into 1/2" cubes and used a 1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper, served it with white rice and it came out delicious!

Crab Quiche II

Delicious! I added diced onions which gave it some extra texture. I also added some sliced tomatoes on top which gave it some more color. Lastly, I used the "Basic Flaky Crust" recipe for the crust and that was really good, an easy addition and cheaper than buying a pre-made crust.
