Blackberry Cobbler
All I can say is that this is quite possibly the best cobbler I've ever had and my family will agree. Followed the recipe as is and I found by keeping to the original the presentation was much prettier and unique looking. Great recipe!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
Pretty delicious. I used fresh tomatoes instead of the canned. I used penne pasta and threw it in a dish, layered on some mozzarella and baked it for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and it was awesome. Highly recommend trying it!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Wow! Amazingly good for how easy it is to make. Made it for my wife's family today and they loved it. Made it just as the recipe said to.
