Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
Great recipe! Instead of using whole basil leaves, I added finely chopped up basil to the oil marinade which is used as the pizza's sauce. Then I added whole spinach leaves to the pizza. I used only shredded mozzarella and feta cheese. This tasted exactly like the pizza I got from a little place in San Diego, CA. =]

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
These were ok, not very lemony though, and I could taste the eggs and flour more than the lemon! Plus, I don't understand how people can "rate/review" a recipe that they didn't even follow, my pet peave on this webiste!!! Doing so leaves people with the wrong impression of a recipe, thinking it's better than it actually is (as written). If you alter a recipe, it's no longer the same recipe... therefore making your review irrelevant. So annoying.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
I really don't understand how this recipe can be so highly rated, I would give it a 1 but I don't want to be mean/rude. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I feel like they had hardly any flavor, the only flavor there may have been was due to the chocolate chips. The dough was fairly flavorless. They are really light and airy, and not thick and heavy like most chocolate chip cookie recipes. Didn't like these at all and neither did my husband. We will never make this recipe again.

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
This recipe was SO easy! I just cooked it on the stove though and I didn't use any onion. It turned out delicious! I served it with steamed white rice. MMM MMM!

Vanilla Crepes

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
Turned out PERFECT! I tried to make crepes before and they did not turn out at all, bu this recipe was awesome! I followed it exactly except for one thing: I used a whole egg (not separated). Then I filled the crepes with a cream cheese mix: 1 pkg cream cheese, about 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1-2 tablespoons orange juice and then 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Then I topped them with a triple berry mix. SO YUMMY =] way better than any restaurant version!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
This was really good, I could only use 5 bananas because that was all I had, but it turned out just great anyhow =] I made it into one loaf and then used the rest for muffins. I did have to cook the loaf alot longer than stated in the recipe, at least 2.5 hours, not sure why?

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I made this a few times already and everyone always loves it! I can't believe how easy it is! I usually serve it with some white rice and a salad.
