Cube Steak Parmesan
This was very good. I used italian bread crumbs and after browning, covered the meat in marinara sauce, as per some of the previous suggestions. Covered the dish with foil and baked at 300f for an hour. Covered with mozzarella cheese then placed under the broiler for 5 minutes. Served this with some chilli spaghetti pasta and broccoli...easy meal with a lot of flavor, was well enjoyed by everyone.
