Cinnamon Bread Delight
Love this bread! I have made it as a bread and as muffins. When I take it to the office it disappears quickly.

Hash Brown Egg Bake
This went over great when I had people over for brunch lately. I used turkey sausage, the hash brown mix with peppers and onions and twice as much cheese. Tasty.

Veggie Lasagna Florentine
It is a very hearty lasagna, but needs a little more flavor. I added two tablespoons of red pepper flakes to the sauce and wish I had added more. Perhaps I needed to season the vegetables more...
