This is DELICIOUS!! It is SO tender! I floured and browned the meat first and sauteed mushrooms in the same pan to get up all of those yummy browned bits!! I added the mushrooms when there was an hour left to cook. The gravy was thick and delicious! Perfect for potatoes and bread! YUM!
