Chicken Satay
This is a keeper. The marinade is very flavorful. I did not use skewers and instead grilled them on a small George Foreman grill and they came out perfect. Next time I will double the recipe.

Curried Shrimp Bisque
I wasn't quite satisfied with the end result, but when I added 4 tablespoons of Chalula (hot sauce) the taste was much improved. I didn't use the brandy, by the way.

Peanut Sauce I
This is awesome. I wouldn't change a thing from the recipe as it is shown. I served it with Chicken Satay on the side.
