Swiss Chard with Pinto Beans and Goat Cheese
Ha! I liked this, but did sub quite a bit: asiago cheese for goat, which I just mixed in near the end and didn't bother baking, was great! lemon juice for lime, hot sauce for pepper flakes, oil for butter, spinach for chard, and canned drained pettite diced tomatoes for tomato. Very tasty and easy!

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup
Also added extra chicken broth. Going to try with Navy Beans next time. Thanks!

Whole Wheat Honey Bread
Thanks so much for this recipe. Makes a beautiful loaf. I multiplied by 1.5 to make a Roman Meal sized loaf, worked great. I ommitted the shortening, and used only olive oil. Used 1/8 cup milk instead of water and didn't use powdered. Used only 1 t. salt. (these measurements for regular recipe amounts) Takes longer to rise, so give it time. Kids loved it! Will be our daily bread for a long time, I think! 350 ~25 min.
