I should have sliced my tomatoes much thicker. They got a little soggy during the cooking. I also didn't have brown mustard, but they turned out just lovely with extra Dijon! I used grated parmesan cheese, as it didn't really specify. Yummy snack/appetizer! :)

Bran Flax Muffins

Surprisingly light and fluffy. I didn't add the raisins or the nuts, but I'm sure its yummy like that. Next time I will use some whole wheat flour! :)

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

So yummy! And easy! I ended up using butter instead of margarine, and soy milk instead of regular milk. Turned out just beautifully. Topped it with cream cheese frosting. :)

Spinach Pancakes

This recipe is a good way to do spinach. I would have liked it to be a little more doughy, and a little less spinachy, so next time I will add more flour and maybe another egg. I served mine with goat cheese, which was pretty tasty. :)

Classic Whole Wheat Bread

This was my first time making bread. Ever. This recipe is simple and calls for only a few common ingredients. I hunted for a recipe that included whole wheat flour but not bread flour, or wheat germ, etc. I did use less flour than recommended, and my bread did not rise very high after the second time. I did add a little honey and didn't cook it for a full 30 mins. Tasted amazing though! :)

Homemade Pancake Mix

I thought this recipe was so delicious and easy. I love that I now have my own container of quick and ready pancake mix. I added just bananas to mine and it was just awesome. :) Thanks!

Shrimp Scampi V

This was super delicious. Shrimp Scampi is my boyfriend's favorite food. It did taste a little too much like wine for my taste, but I wish I had more knowledge of good cooking wines, because that could have made all the difference.

Dirt Cake I

This was super yummy and fun to make. I wish I would have used chocolate pudding, though, to make it look more like dirt. I layered it in clear cups so that my boys could see the dirt and worms, and they thought it was really cool! :)

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

I liked this a lot! I was nervous making it, because many people complained about floury tasting sauce. I added the milk veeeeeery slowly and it turned out great! I didn't use the bacon, but that is just a personal taste thing. My boyfriend liked it, too. :)

Four-Berry Smoothies

So delicious! The boy I nanny is obsessed with smoothies, and I swear this is his favorite recipe. There were some seeds in the final product. I'm not sure if that is normal for berry stuff, or if I didn't blend it enough, but regardless, it tasted totally smooth and tasty.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

This recipe was so easy and delicious. I had the boys I nanny help make it (and eat it of course). They loved it. I added some extra fruit just because I like berries. :) Definitely will be making this again!
