Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
This recipe is ok. The dough is sticky and I had to add much more flour to get it to a rolling consistency. Taste is god, but a little heavy on the salt, I'd do a heaping 1/4 Tsp next time. Also these were mild in flavor for my house's taste. I'd up the cinnamon and ginger to a full TSP next time. Also I cut these a little thicker than 1/4" and then they rolled and cut much better. Pretty tasty all in all.

Cornucopia
This was SUCH an amazing idea!!! I only had 2 packages of breadstick dough, so I made my horn'a'plenty with no bottom (but you totally couldn't tell) and then I just brushed it with melted butter before sticking it in the oven. It looked FANTASTIC! I left the tail end of the horn stuffed with the foil so it wouldn't collapse, and then stuffed the front part with 2 different rolls and biscuits, and sort of let them cascade out onto a silver platter and brought it to Thanksgiving dinner. My family couldn't compliment me enough!!!! Everyone was SO impressed! And it was tasty too!!! Thanks so much for a new mainstay for my family's Thanksgiving feast!!!

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II
I only gave this recipe 4 stars because I did not follow it exactly, but it was FANTASTIC!! I had spice cake mix, so that is what I used, and my own recipe for cream cheese frosting for the filling. But I followed the cake mix + eggs and oil (but I used olive oil) and it made a fantastic cookie! So soft and not too sweet! The batter was really sticky, but I just oiled my hands and it rolled into balls just fine! 10 minutes in the oven was perfect for mine! Will definitely make these again!
