Lemon Custard Pudding Cake

Maybe I messed up, but it never really left the wet pudding stage. It was like the filling of lemon bars with a merengue top. tasted yummy though.

BBQ Tuna Fritters

Tasted good, but a little bland. I took out some BBQ and put no hot sauce at all and it kind of lost all flavor. Stephen said it tasted just like bread (but the boys ate it). So, next time, less oatmeal, more BBQ, add some garlic salt or something, and use some hot sauce.

Creamy Green Bean Casserole

Tasted like a thanksgiving type casserole. It was good though, and super easy to make. Just make sure to have enough time to cook it completely.

Sweet Chipotle Grilling Sauce

For my family, use only one pepper, to tone down the spiciness...But pretty easy and very yummy. (Lenny liked it with this amount of spiciness)
