California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
I never thought of grilling veggies to put on a sandwich, but seeing as this is one of the highest rated recipes on the site, I HAD to try it. I sauteed garlic, red bell pepper, red onion, yellow squash, and a little avocado on a skillet for about 10 min on low until everything was soft and the garlic and onion were caramelized. Toasted a roll with mayo and feta. And then I devoured it, SO DELICIOUS! Even my boyfriend, who basically hates veggies (esp. onion) tried a bite and had to admit it was F***ing delicious! So for one night a week where you dont want to eat meat, even for non veggies lovers, this is gold. Thank you for the amazing idea.

Addictive Pumpkin Muffins
Delicious! I made it even healthier (and scaled it for only 6 muffins because I was experimenting) 3/4 cup flour turned into 2/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1/4 equal parts oats, ground flax seed, and wheat germ. I also used cranberries instead of raisins. 30min at 350 was perfect. These are so great, Im going to make more after work, and more this weekend for Halloween ^_^

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are delicious. If you like nice moist gooey cookies, you've found the best ones on the planet! I use whole wheat flour and they are just amazing, really this is such a great time to use whole wheat flour (even if you dont like it). It just makes the cookies amazing, no body can stop eating them. I only make half a batch each time I make them and still sadly my bf and I eat almost all of them that same day -_-. When I share them with others they go withing five minutes. : ) The only other thing I do is bake for only 10 minutes, I find that exactly 10min is always perfect if I split the batch evenly into 12 cookies, but then again ovens vary so that's that ^_^
