Light Oat Bread
Love this bread...I use it in my bread machine...the only bad thing is that we eat the whole loaf in one day! :)

Aunt Edith's Baked Pancake
Love this Oven Pancake...I have been making this for years but our version was with 2 eggs and 1/4 cup butter and no salt...both good :)

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
