Tomato Bread Salad
This salad was fabulous! Wouldn't change a thing, except for maybe a little more garlic... because I like garlic. I would also agree to cube things smaller, as the sliced tomatoes were a little big for the bread. We didn't toast the bread, though, and it was DELISH- not too soggy at all. Yum!!!

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
OH MY GOSH, I cannot believe this recipe has only 4 1/2 stars. It is AMAZING- best mac and cheese I have EVER had. Do the recipe exactly as it is written and you will not regret it. I have gotten compliments every time I make this, and I have made it at least 5 times in the last few months. SOOOO good.

Oreo(TM) Cookie Cake
Only 1 container of cream cheese and chocolate instead of vanilla made this dish fabulous the second time around! It was tangy for us as well the first time, and the vanilla pudding tasted a bit strange to me. SO filling but SO good!
