The original recipe has way too mayo, so I used slightly less. There is also a lot of pickle relish in it! I am a fan of it, but I cannot taste the tuna. I also did not have any curry powder. I might try to make it again with less relish.

Eggplant Parmesan II

My dad really liked it, but I wasn't that crazy about it. I could eat it, but didn't enjoy it much. It was my first time trying eggplant and the texture of it is just not for me. The recipe is really good though, I'm just not an eggplant fan :(

Parmesan Chicken

The chicken was very moist and juicy, but the breading kept falling apart and the bread mixture was very bland. I will try to make it again with thawed chicken and adding more spices. I also didn't use butter, just extra virgin olive oil.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

This was really good. I didn't have any salsa, so just used ketchup and no yellow pepper. I just used red and green bell peppers instead. Will definitely make again.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

I followed some suggestions on here and only dashed the basil and parsley on. I will definitely used honey mustard next time though. I mixed in the 1/2 teaspoon of paprika in with the honey mustard, but didn't use all of the marinade. The flavor wasn't that strong, so next time I will probably use all of it.

Fabulous Fajitas

It tasted a little a little salty, but I think that's because I used marinated left over chicken from last night and only used one cup of chicken and used the whole dressing pack, oops. But, if that wouldn't have happened I could tell it would have been a lot more tastier. I will definitely try it again and keep the recipe!

Asian Tuna Patties

These are really yummy! My dad even loved them and he is hard to please. I use Soy Vay terriyaki sauce because it's extremely flavorful, unlike most and is a must try when using anything related with terriyaki!! I will be keeping this recipe and using it for a very long time. Thanks for sharing :)
