Szechwan Chicken
DELICIOUS!! I used Cabarnet Sougvinon wine instead of Sherry & instead of cashews I used peanuts. Came out really good! My husband loved it too! I cut the onions in tiny pieces instead of the big chunks, just because that's the way I like eating onions. I served it with white rice.

Classic Lasagna
It's great! The only thing I don't add it's the spinach and the mushrooms because my husband doesn't like it ha ha

Roast Beef and Potato Salad
I made it hot and not cold. So I cooked the meat & then added the vegetables & salt, pepper & vinegar. Then I removed from the heat & mixed in the potatoes and I served with rice. Really tasty.
