Coconut Custard Pie II
This is a very nice pie but a little loose for my taste so I used evaporated milk instead. One can of reg. & 1 can of fat free with an extra 1/2 tsp. of vanilla. It became a 5 star rating.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
It's a good recipe, however, another 1/2 cup of mashed banana makes it even better. I also added vanilla & sprinkled some additional walnuts on the top before baking. Nive...very nice!
