Fluffy Cake Doughnuts
I am new to making doughnuts in my new doughnut pan and so far have only tried the chocolate mix and plain doughnut recipe both from King Arthur Flour. My family was very happy with both until we tried this recipe - it is much better! I made the recipe with the changes recommended by Jmyslin. Some of the doughnuts were dipped in butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar (wow were they good) and the others frosted w/ chocolate. Doughnut has great texture, not as heavy as the ones I made previously. This is our family's new favorite.

Carrot Cake III
It turned out great even w/o frosting. Even my daughter, who almost didn't try a piece b/c of the carrots, loved it. I left out the nuts (kids won't eat them) and used 1/2 brown & 1/2 white sugar but otherwise stuck to the recipe. I would like to try using some applesauce in this as other reviewers suggested, just to make it a tad healthier.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Very good! Used dried rosemary instead of fresh, so halved amount and also did boneless breasts instead of kabobs. Husband loved it, small children liked it. Will make it again.
