T's Sweet Potato Fries
Wow! These were amazing! I skipped the precook step based on other reviewers. I seasoned mine with Italian seasoning, sea salt, ground pepper and creole seasoning. I flipped them half way through so as not to burn. I had to cook 5 minutes longer than the recipe called for and they turned out so delicious. This was my first taste of sweet potatoes and I am impressed. We had this with baked chicken and fried okra. We will be having this more often.

Famous Butter Chicken
I followed this recipe to a T. I have to say I am a bit disappointed. The crust was a bit soggy and didn't turn out as the original photo. The flavor was only in the crust, beyond that was just plain flavorless chicken. It was juicy, but I cut the time down to 30 minutes, any longer would have dried it out.

Fried Okra
I rated this 4 stars because it was just okay. I followed the instructions and other reviewers by using pre-mixed cornmeal, four, & salt mixture. The okra tended to stick together in clumps. I think next time I will stick to cooking the pre-breaded frozen okra.
