Buttery Soft Pretzels
OMG! I can't stop eating these! I am home with a sick kid, and decided to experiment. These were so easy and FUN to make. Don't skip the baking soda bath. I forgot to do it on the sticks I made, and then couldn't figure out why they didn't brown up. Also, roll your dough thin. These puff up. I did cook them on 425 for 10 min, and they were perfect. Make sure to put a lot of oil in the pan. They still tried to stick.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Grilled Onions
These are a huge hit with our grilling crowd! We grill the stems at the same time and then stick them down in to the blue cheese when done. Makes for a fun presentation, and no wasted stems. We often just make the mushrooms without the onions.

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze
I have made this several times. Most recently for Valentine's Day. This is such a yummy pairing with the lamb. It would be a bit strong on other meats though. Definitely best grilled. It does carmelize quickly though. But when the outside was done, the inside was perfectly medium rare.
