this turned out great...someone gave me some round steak and i didn't know what to do with it so i tried this recipe. i did make it in the crock pot...2 hours on high 4 on low. used beefy onion soup mix, 2 cans water, chopped up onions and garlic as well. thickened with cornstarch at the end. meat was good and tender and there was tons of delicious gravy! oerfect with mashed potatoes. a little on the salty side...definitely doesn't need any extra.

these are so good! made them for a group of friends tonight as a side dish to stir fry...never made egg rolls before so i was viewing it as a total experiment! only made two per person and i could have made a lot more...they loved them! some said they were the best egg rolls they have ever had. i cut down on the cabbage and added bean sprouts but otherwise pretty much followed the recipe. i will definitely be making these again, many times!

Took these to a family get together and they were the hit of the meal! Everyone was so impressed, but they were super easy and quick to make.
