Tomato Bisque III
Great recipe!! I did make a few changes, due to ingredients I had in the pantry! I used petite diced tomatoes instead, and half & half. Also, I had just run out of nutmeg, so I added basil and italian seasoning for the spice. Served this with some grilled cheese, and it made for a wonderful lunch on a cold fall afternoon!

Super Short Ribs
Great recipe!!!! I had some short ribs we had found on sale at the butcher in the summer, and froze them up. So I just defrosted those and followed the recipe to the tee (except I cut everything in half since I only had 2lbs of meat, and I sauteed the onions with the meat). The meat fell apart with the touch of a fork, and was fabulous with some of the sauce drizzled over the cut up meat! Even the 2&4 year olds loved it! Definitely a keeper!!

Potato and Cheese Frittata
So very good. I did make a couple adjustments. First, I used some baby red potatoes and pre-cooked them in the microwave for 5 minutes then chopped them. I added ground pepper, paprika, 1/4 chopped onion to the potatoes and sautéed for about 5 minutes. I then topped the potatoes mixture with some chopped sausage and finally the egg mixture. I cooked the rest of this according to the recipe. Even my four year old thought this was great!! I might recommend adding a few more eggs if you are looking for of that consistency! Otherwise, great recipe, that could have many different variations!!
