Chicken Enchiladas V
I wanted something besides the regular red sauce I use. And this recipe was just the thing. My guests loved it and I didn't have any leftovers!

Donna's Famous Cheesecake
This is my new favorite cheesecake! This was just excellent! Very smooth and just the right amount of sweetness. I used some Walkers shortbread cookies for my crust.
