Wild Rice and Ham Casserole
Thanks Stacey, for a winner! What a great alternative to using leftover ham without the stereotypical cheesy potatoes and ham. I had to use what I had on hand and used part swiss/part cheddar; 1/2 bag broccoli; added mushrooms to fill it out; and miracle whip (1/2 C. rather than 1 C. mayo) and went with the original recipe amount for prepared mustard (not dijon). The leftovers are even better the next day!

Marshmallow Treats
Yum! Melting slowly on the stove seems to be key-I've made these several times in the microwave and they get rock-hard after the first two hours. Followed others' advice and added 2 TBSP milk and vanilla. Thanks!

Banana Bread VIII
I followed the advice of others and added mashed bananas AFTER the creamed mixture and dry ingredients were mixed together. Also added vanilla (to mashed banana) and cinnamon. Was a nice doughy consistency, looked great! Can't wait to try it.
