OMG! This was amazing! The only thing I did differently was put in 4 cloves of garlic (think we like garlic?) The pork roast I used was frozen solid when I put it in so I wasn't sure how well it would turn out, but after 7 hrs in the crock pot it was delicious! My hubby's new favorite meal :)

Another amazing recipe! Changed it a bit to work with what I had. I only had 2 chicken breasts thawed but I kept all measurements for everything else the same, it made for a very filling dinner. I used Stove Top turkey stuffing mix, omitted the cream of celery (didn't have any), and used half 'n half cream instead of sour cream. It turned out great! I think when I make it again, I'll cut the chicken up before adding the stuffing and soup so it's more like a casserole.

This was delicious! I'm not a huge fan of pork chops but wow. I changed it a tiny bit by using Stove Top turkey stuffing mix. That was all I had in the house and also didn't have to add additional spices. Will definitely be making it again!
