I am the mother of twin boys who are 10. I am involved with a community based theatre group and a community choir group. I love to be the life of the party and consider myself to be a true and loyal friend. My best friend is my husband and I feel fortunate to have been married to him for over 17 years. I am very close to my parents and hope my children will always be close to me also. PASTA - we love pasta - but I love to cook just about anything. We eat garlic like it is going out of style. I do improvise quite a bit, and love to try new recipes of all difficulties. I feel like I will not grow it not challenged. I have a cheese ball recipes that has been many objets - I believe you eat with your eyes first!!! Appearance is almost as important as taste. We prepare "Nestled Eggs" for Thanksgiving breakfast - which is a piece of buttered toast with a mound of whipped egg whites and an egg yolk baked - delicious!!!! We also make "Pigs in the blanket" (cabbage rolls)an old recipe from my father's family.
