Delicious Baked Chicken
I guess it may need to have the skin left on. My chicken was moist but I think the oil from the skin might tone down the overpowering Worcestershire sauce flavor. If you LOVE Worcestershire then you will love this recipe. I thought I did, but I guess not.

Sausage and Broccoli Skillet
This was okay. I have to say though that I didn't have cream of broccoli on hand so I used cream of chicken. I wasn't a big fan of the sweet flavor that the broccoli/onion combo had with the sausage. On my own plate I added a sprinkle of lime juice and really liked the extra zest.

Couscous with Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Okay, I'm not sure what I did wrong but this didn't turn out so great. The flavors were just a bit intense. I left out the cilantro (I am not a fan) and added spinach which helped it out considerably. When it was done it had a nasty after-taste, I think too much basil (?). Then I added some feta, which helped some more but it still didn't impress me. If you make this I would add more mushrooms to ease the intensity of the flavors a bit.
