Hummus III
Made as is the first time and it was great! The second time, I made it to personal preference: used 16 oz can garbanzo beans (undrained), 2 Tbsp. tahini, 1/2 tsp. cumin, omitted salt, and added 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper slices, then blended...TERRIFIC :)

Apple Crumb Pie
I added the walnuts and raisins. Before adding the raisins, I soaked them in 3 Tbsp. amaretto for about 4 hours. Also reduced sugar to 1/2 cup as others suggested. I'm not a fan of apple pie and I went back for a second slice :)
