Sesame Peanut Noodle Salad

Great recipe. I didn't change one thing about this recipe. Although my husband thought it lacked meat...so I may add cold shredded chicken next time.

I am Chinese, so I've had my share of spring rolls. But I never tried making them until I found this recipe. These are so good. The best part is that you don't have to follow the recipe exactly and can put whatever and however much you want. You should try this with fish sauce--makes it even better.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I don't what happened, but my stuffing turned out gray--very unappetizing. But it still tasted okay although not great.

Marinated Flank Steak

This recipe came out perfectly. I only marinaded it for three hours, and it was still really flavorful. The only thing I changed was use balsamic vinaigrette instead of red wine vinegar although I don't think it'll matter either way. My husband loved it!

Butternut Squash Soup

This was delicious. I don't think I've ever had anything better. I followed other reviewers' advice and roasted the butternut squash and halved the cream cheese. It was sooo good.
