Best Guacamole
Everyone loved it! Served it a a Mexican themed party and ran out quickly, so I'd double or triple the recipe next time!

Beef Cabbage Hash
Great basic recipe. I used the beef broth as others suggested and did cook the potatos in a microwave for 2 minutes before adding. I simmered for 35 mins. The flavor was very nice. Everyone had seconds.
