Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
Excellent soup! I add shredded swiss cheese to the top of each bowl. My kids even love it!

Beef Barley Soup
Excellent soup! I had a hard time finding the quick barley, so I used regular barley, which takes forever to cook. But the results were well worth the trouble.
