LOVE this recipe. I am not a cooker, but we've been having quite a bit of pot lucks, so I figured, anything with a slow cooker is easy enough for me. Also, with me being a vegetarian it was perfect. I thought it was going to be too runny, but after cooking it, it was perfect! A huge hit at the office! i will definitely be making this again!

This was delicious! I just became a vegetarian, and I found this recipe and my husband made it for me, and I fell in love. I am not a huge fan of curry, but LOVED it in this recipe!!
