Im Julez, im from Germany. My husband (American) and i are currently still living overhere but plan on moving back to the states in the future. I love to cook, especially when im bored ;) fingerfoods/ snacksplatters for buffets, sushi, mexican, whatever i feel like at the moment :) American-German Thanksgiving dinner at the parents; Pizza-day at the parents One day i felt like making a homemade pizza for dinner, so i went to the store, got all the ingredients and started preparing the pizza. When dinnertime came, i put the pizza in and set the timer, then sat back down in front of my Pc, the timer rang but neither me or my husband where done with whatever we were doing on the Pc, so i turned off the oven and left the pizza in there to stay warm until we were done. It turned out that we totally lost track of time (evil internet!)... the pizza was uneatable, not burned but hard as a brick! I was so mad at myself! But since we still wanted pizza for dinner, i called the pizza delivery service :)
