I am a 61-year-old woman who is constantly evolving. I love just about everything and everbody. My wish is to be on a permanent vacation, traveling the country and visiting all of the National Parks. My husband and I are currently planning our trip of a lifetime which is going by train through all of Europe and the Netherlands. Hopefully, if God is willing, we will take this trip in four more years. Our biggest love, of course, is children and grandchildren and we travel to see them as often as possibly. I love to read and belong to a book club whose members are not afraid to take chances when recommending the books. I love to sew and ride on the back of our Goldwing, all the while holding on to the love of my life!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
Hi there Caitlin! This is THE BEST chocolate cake I have ever made - period. I did not have the coffee liqueur so I used Godiva chocolate liqueur. I am definitely going to buy the coffee one ASAP to have on hand as I absolutely love anything w/coffee in it. This recipe is such a keeper that I will also have to put it into a special folder on my computer so that I will always have it somewhere! I adore this cake. Thank you, thank you for the recipe! It is a 10*.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This is a delicious dish. Very quick, yet very tasty. I made brown rice which I mixed with steamed vegetables, a side of fresh asparagus, and cinnamon applesauce. My husband just loved this recipe and asked me to keep it! I love that the chicken had a little zing at the end. Definitely a keeper!
