Mulligatawny Soup I
This recipe was delicious! I added some extra veg (carrots/celery), and went with 3 cans chicken broth, and one can water. Also used wild/brown rice, and whole wheat flour. And served with sour cream. I cannot wait to make this recipe again. The next time, I will add some more veggies, and broth/water, so that we have some leftovers! I will also omit the flour altogether, so this recipe can also be gluten free (provided you use a gluten free chicken broth).

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken
Easiest recipe ever! I often turn this on around 10pm, and leave it going on low all night/next day, and eat for dinner around 7pm the next day. Found that dark soya sauce works better than light soya sauce. Great on egg noodles, or rice.

Smooth Sailing Sugar Cookies
Great recipe for sugar cookies! They also freeze well. The icing turns out perfect.
