Mulligatawny Soup I
This recipe was delicious! I added some extra veg (carrots/celery), and went with 3 cans chicken broth, and one can water. Also used wild/brown rice, and whole wheat flour. And served with sour cream. I cannot wait to make this recipe again. The next time, I will add some more veggies, and broth/water, so that we have some leftovers! I will also omit the flour altogether, so this recipe can also be gluten free (provided you use a gluten free chicken broth).
