This one was just okay. I thought that it turned out a little too sweet and it was missing the 'UMPH' I like. If someone asked for me to make it again I would but this isn't my go-to recipe.

I made this salad for my in-laws birthday party. It turned out great and everyone went back for seconds and thirds. I thought that I'd end up with a lot to bring home but didn't have any left. The potato salad that someone else had brought ended up going back home with them. This was really easy to make, a big plus for me with two small children running around! Thanks for the recipe.

This turned out great! I followed the recipe as written and did add a TBS. of cocoa powder as one person had suggested. I tried it just as a soup before putting it over noodles and it was great. Even better once I added the cheese and sour cream! My hubby even gobbled this up and went back for more. Thanks for the recipe George!
