Oatmeal Waffles
I was looking for something quick and easy for dinner one night and ran across this recipe. It turned out great, my kids and husband loved them. Especially with whipped cream and fruit for the topping. Will be keeping this one in my recipe book.

Citrus Turkey Brine
I made this for a New Years Eve party this last January and it turned out perfect! Even though everyone was stuffed, they kept going back to nibble on the turkey. My husband asked if I could make the turkey for this Thanksgiving instead of my mom. I will be keeping this one for years! Thanks for the recipe.

Company Cauliflower
I liked this recipe. I agree with another reviewer, the sauce is just ment to complement the cauliflower and not overpower it. It's nice to have a new way to make veggies other than steam them.
