Strawberry Summer Salad
I bit too much dressing for me. the taste was great though. probably wouldn't have added so much dressing next time.

Amy's Sensational Summer Salad
Loved everything....but the balsamic vingerette. i felt it took away all the other wonderful ingredients in the salad and all you end up tasting is it. So i'm giving it four stars because of that. next time I make it, it will be without it and be way yummier!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops
Husband loved this one! He really liked the salty-ness of the dish. Very good!
