Apple Brine Turkey, at Thanksgiving...great recipe I found from a gas grill newsletter...(Weber) been using this recipe for 6yrs now..so easy, so delicious and moist..using the grill free's up our limited space and oven and cook top for other dishes. Gravy at Thanksgiving...using the dripping from a BRINE turkey..gravy was nothing but SALT...guess I shouldn't been sipping wine while cooking that day...
