I love cooking, but hate the cleanup. I have a small horse of a dog, and a half persian cat. I love them to death! I like to cook for them too. I also have a great husband and am generally a happy laid back person. Chicken Fettucini Alfredo, Red Beans, Lasagna, Chicken and Dumplings, Cookies, Brownies, Stir-fry... For the holidays my Momma always makes dirty rice, we have six kids and that is easily what we all go looking for first. :) Fried Squash, haha I cannot fry very well, I've gotten better but still not my best. My first time making red beans, my favorite meal, I burned the bottom of the beans, tried to transfer to another pot, and ended up with a huge mess, and my kitchen smelled like burnt beans for two days!!
