Broccoli Crab Bisque
This is a very tasty bisque. The flavors blend nicely. It is not too heavy of a soup and is very easy to make. I had the soup with hot sourdough bread. Delicious!

Extra Special Banana Pudding
This banana pudding is a nice change from the traditional vanilla wafers. I love the incorporation of coconut and crunchy topping. The next time around I will also double the banana pudding amounts, as suggested in another review/rating. Great recipe!
