Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This soup is very tasty. Made the recipe exactly as stated. I took the advice of another reviewer and saved the shredding of the chicken after the soup was finished cooking (after a full 8 hours)...probably mush easier to shred this way as the chicken falls apart for you. Best served with corn chips, sour cream, and shredded cheddar!

Wicked Good Veggie Chili
Tried the recipe exactly as written. VERY good, but a little too much heat for me. Next time I'll only use 1 1/2 tsp. of the cayenne, chili powder, and cumin. Loved the cilantro and green onions chopped on top. Substituted greek yogurt for the sour cream. I would recommend apple cider as the perfect beverage for this meal!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Very good, but too salty. I second the reviewers that suggest using low sodium cream of chicken soup. Perhaps adding your own dried spices instead of the package of dry dressing mix would also help. Next time I would whisk the cream cheese and soup in a saucepan over medium heat to get it creamier....I had chunks of cream cheese which weren't very appetizing.
