My name is Karen, i've been married for a year to a wonderfull man. I have two beautiful children, Kiara is five years old and Christopher is four months old. I enjoy traveling, cooking, fishing, bowling, movies, spent time with family and friends, read, sewing, or just stay at home and relax.... My specialty is Mexican dishes. But i cook from italian, to chinase. I am cooking now more than ever and i love it! I am learning new dishes and i enjoy making them. I just learned how to make sweet potatoe pie. The only problem is i cant keep the crust from gettin so brown and hard! Any sudjestions?!
