Summer Squash Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
I thought it was a good base recipe, but by itself, rather plain. The second time I made this, I added a clove of garlic and a teeny dash of dill. I also left out the ham this time. It was a lot better this way =]

It tasted yummy, but the heat made it 'melt'

Great recipe! It tasted so so good and was nice and crispy. Next time, though I might add a pinch more cinnamon.

I don't know what it was, but they didn't taste right. I followed the recipe exactly, too. I will not be trying to make these again

Maple Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
I omitted the marshmallows... And it was great! It didn't even taste like chocolate, but more like praline, as was mentioned before. Next time, though, I think I will add a little more cocoa power, use 3/4 milk and 1/4 half and half and no butter/margarine, and possibly add a pinch of cinnamon. Needless to say, I will be playing around with this recipe a lot!

Chicken-Baked Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
I used half the can of cream of chicken soup, and, instead of water, I added a can of chicken broth. It turned out great! The chops were nice and tender, and my family licked their fingers when they were done eating. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
I used less sour cream than called for, less Parmesan cheese, no tomato. It was wonderful! So creamy and cheesy, but not too heavy. It did have a thick mushroom-y taste, though, which my little brother didn't care much for. BUT he still ate it and said that it was one of the best things I have ever cooked! When I tasted it I -literally- called my closest friends and made them drive over to taste it. It was that good.
