Fruit-Filled Melons
Fabulous! I'm a fan of watermelon fruit "bowls" but this is now my new favorite because of it's convenience and single-sized serving portions.

Creamed Chicken 'n' Veggies
I didn't have alfredo sauce (oops!) so I ended up mixing a can of condensed milk with a can of 'cream of chicken' and added some garlic and onion powder to the mix to give it some flavor ... this made the recipe very sweet, but my hubbs really liked it that way.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
I believe other people when they say it turned out wonderfully for them, I'm sure it did - but for us it was a disaster. It was more like a soup than a pie-filling in the end.
