Loved this recipe. I substituted 4 to 5 wedges of laughing cow light swiss for the feta cheese and it was delicious. i baked for about half and hour and then put under low broil for about 10 minutes to crisp the bacon. Next time I will try to cook uncovered. My family enjoyed it.

Easy to make and very delicious! I've made it several times since finding the recipe. I've made it exactly as listed, with and without beer, and with only black beans and it's great any way. The soup is good alone but with tortillas, sour cream, and cheese topping it's great. This one's a keeper.
