Black Bean Chili
This may be my favorite dish so far! My 9 yr old loves it. We're vegetarians, so I had to make a substitution for the ckn broth. We used ckn style vegetable bullion and it's so delish!! We also use canned corn to make it easier. Otherwise, I follow the recipe exactly and it's fabulous. Thank you so much

Pizza Dough I
I needed a quick recipe for a simple pizza crust and that's exactly what I got! I'm glad it didn't have step, after step, after step with tons of ingredients. It was easy and FUN to make and my kids (and husband) loved it. No more buying pizza crust mix, I'll use this recipe from now on. It's better!!

Pancakes
Thank you for this simple recipe! My Mom gave me this recipe when I got married and I must have lost it. They're perfectly fluffy and so good you could almost eat them without syrup. I too added about a teaspoon of vanilla and use the self-rising flour! WONDERFUL
