I love to bake pies cakes and cookies when I have time. This summer I want to plant an herb garden to use in my dishes and make fresh salsa too My family is danish so we ate alot of Danish food when I was growing up. I dont know how to spell any of them but they were really good. When my son was little I made little meatloafs that looked like cupcakes "frosted" with mashed potatos and a cake that looked like spaghetti and meatballs for april fools day. I thought they were adorable and delicious When I tried to make Paula Deans fried chicken recipe at my friends house it kept coming out raw inside. We finally got the hang of it but we didnt eat until 9:00p.m.
