Penne with Chicken and Pesto
I first made this in 2001 and it was stashed away in my recipe box. I made it again last night and moved it to the front of the box. WOW! So easy and delicious.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
This recipe is amazing! It's well worth the initial investment of those ingredients that may not normaly have in your pantry. The second time I made these I used a deli roasted chicken... WOW!
